Useful vehicle information starts with clear sources and honest limits.
Community uploads and contributor accounts are not open yet. The standards below explain the kind of material this library is intended to accept when submissions become available. Browsing or downloading a file does not create an account, and your private app library is not automatically uploaded.
Share a configuration someone else can understand
Identify the manufacturer, model and relevant revision or year. Distinguish a stock vehicle from a modified one. Name the source for factual specifications and describe important differences from the original setup.
Use the right units. Mark unknown values as unknown rather than filling gaps with guesses. Distinguish continuous ratings from peak claims and battery current from motor phase current. A plausible-looking number is not enough.
Share only what you have permission to share
Contribute your own work or material you are allowed to distribute. Credit source information, and link to manufacturer documentation where useful. Do not upload copyrighted manuals, photos, logos or copied configuration collections unless you have the necessary permission.
Do not imply manufacturer endorsement, certification or a safety guarantee. Label personal observations as observations, not official specifications.
Keep private information out
Use a vehicle setup export when sharing a vehicle configuration—not a full app backup. Check names and notes before posting. Do not include home addresses, exact ride routes, contact details, account credentials, private invitations, serial numbers that identify someone else's property or other people's personal information.
The app's setup-file format excludes ride routes and safety contacts, but text you type into names or notes can still identify you. Review it yourself.
Keep contributions relevant and safe
No spam, harassment, impersonation, malware, hidden links or deliberate misinformation. Do not use the library to distribute controller firmware, instructions to bypass safety protections or claims that a configuration makes unsafe riding safe.
A library record describes a vehicle. It is not permission to exceed manufacturer limits or local laws.
Understand what publication means
Published files may be downloaded and copied by other people. Removing a listing later cannot retrieve copies already downloaded. Any future upload flow will show the sharing terms before you submit, including the permissions needed to host and distribute the contribution.
Contributions may be reviewed, corrected, declined or removed for accuracy, rights, privacy or relevance. Inclusion does not establish that every specification has been independently verified or that a configuration suits your vehicle.

Send the listing URL and a concise explanation to support@neuralisai.com. For a factual correction, include a reliable source when available. For a privacy or rights concern, identify the affected material without sending unnecessary personal information.
