PEV Ride Computer stores your personal ride library on your Android device. Neuralis does not hold a ride-cloud copy that it can delete or restore for you. Optional group rides use a separate Tailscale account. Website contributor accounts and uploads are not open yet.
Delete a saved ride
Open History, open the saved ride and choose its delete action. Confirm Delete ride to remove that saved ride, its route, statistics and notes from the app. Finish an active ride first.
Deletion also removes that ride's replay title and stop edits and its private photo copies. If the app reports that attachments could not be cleaned up, check available storage and contact Support if the problem remains.
This does not erase files or videos already exported, backups, safety history or Trip A/B counters. It also does not retract a copy of that route already published to a live group.
Remove a replay photo
Open the saved ride's Replay → Your ride story, select the photo and choose Remove photo. This removes its private app copy and its placement and caption from that ride. Exclude only leaves it out of the replay; the copy remains available for editing and is included in full backups while still attached.
The original photo in your photo library is unchanged. Removing a photo or editing a replay does not change videos already exported. Delete unwanted exported videos, backups and original photos separately using your file manager, photo library or the service where you saved them. Create a new video when you want the current edits reflected in an export.
Trimming a replay does not delete ride data
Replay range selects the portion used by the preview and next video. The full original ride, approved events and attached photos outside that range remain saved and can still be included in a full backup. To restore the full selection, choose Reset to full ride, then Apply range. Smooth Stops changes pacing without deleting recorded points or time.
Use the ride or photo removal controls when you want to delete those app records. Review newly exported videos before sharing; a manual replay trim does not automatically remove private locations from other files or backups.
Remove a vehicle or saved setup
Deleting a Garage vehicle removes it from the active Garage and removes its Trip A/B counters. Saved rides retain their historical vehicle information. Removing a saved setup does not delete vehicles or rides that used it.
Stop group sharing or remove group access
Choose Leave group to stop your phone sharing with that group. The finish sheet lets you select leaving, saving your personal recording, or both. A host must explicitly choose End group for everyone to end the shared session. Saving alone or pausing a recording does not leave the group; leaving alone keeps a personal recording running. Wait for the result and review any action that still needs attention.
If departure cannot be confirmed because the connection is unavailable, local sharing still stops. Other members may retain a last known position or unresolved alert. Leaving does not send an all-clear. Contact the group another way if needed.
Leaving or removal clears your attendance for the current rally. Undo my arrival corrects an arrival claim while you remain in the group; it does not stop location sharing. A new or moved rally resets attendance for that rally.
Silence or dismissing a group notification only acknowledges that alert on your phone. It does not leave the group, erase the shared SOS message or send an all-clear. Editing an active SOS message updates the group's current text but cannot recall screenshots or other copies already made. Leaving stops local group alerts; shared information may remain on other devices.
Removing a friend from the app removes the local saved connection; it does not necessarily revoke that person's Tailscale access. Manage devices, network permissions and any account-deletion request through Tailscale. Clearing PEV app storage or uninstalling does not delete your Tailscale or Spotify account.
The app does not maintain a saved archive of other riders' tracks. Information already seen, copied or captured by other people cannot be recalled from their devices by deleting your own app data.
Remove a safety contact
In Ride safety, choose Remove for the contact. Earlier incidents or messages can still contain the contact's name and number. Removing them does not recall texts. An all-clear for an earlier alert can still include that alert's original recipients when you explicitly review and confirm it.
If you receive unwanted safety texts, ask the sender to remove you. PEV Ride Computer does not read SMS replies. For help understanding a message, contact support@neuralisai.com without forwarding more personal information than necessary.
Clear recent detection checks
Open Ride safety → Alert history → Detection checks and choose Clear detection checks. This removes the local diagnostic entries shown there. It does not erase alert history, recall messages, cancel a countdown or send an all-clear.
Remove downloaded maps
In Manage maps, choose Remove for an installed region when it is not in use. Your saved rides and exported videos remain.
Remove all local app data
Save anything you want to keep. Finish recording, leave or end the group, and resolve active exports or safety operations. Then open Android Settings → Apps → PEV Ride Computer → Storage or Storage & cache, and choose Clear storage or Clear data. Names vary by phone. Clearing cache alone does not remove all app data.
Uninstalling also removes app-private storage. These actions remove local rides, Garage information, settings, replay edits and private photo copies, safety contacts/history and recent detection checks, local group setup and keys, local alert acknowledgements, downloaded maps, temporary files and the recovery copy from the last restore.
They do not remove original photos, backups, GPX/KMZ files, setup files or MP4 videos saved elsewhere, a third party's account information, carrier records or messages on recipients' phones. Use your file manager or the relevant service to delete those copies separately. Full backups and the recovery copy from a previous restore can contain earlier replay photos and edits. Restoring a backup can bring back data you previously deleted.
Request deletion of information sent to Neuralis
Email support@neuralisai.com with the subject PEV Ride Computer data deletion. Where possible, use the email address from the original support conversation and identify the request or correspondence.
Do not send a full backup, route history, password or invitation token. We will explain any information needed to find and verify the request, and any information that must be retained for applicable obligations.
Neuralis can address information it holds. It cannot remotely remove records stored only on your phone, in a provider account or with recipients. Read the Privacy Policy or visit Support for more help.
